QOSMOPOL ("we") is a small, independent music channel. This website exists to showcase our videos — not to track you. This page explains, in plain language, what little data is involved when you visit qosmopol.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: if you write to us, we receive the name, e-mail address and message you provide. We use them only to reply to you. They are not shared with anyone, not used for marketing, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Server logs: like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
• Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising networks, no fingerprinting, no newsletters.

Cookies

• Strictly necessary: a short-lived technical session cookie may be set when you use the contact form. It only protects the form against spam and expires when you close your browser.
• Your cookie choice: your "Cookie settings" preference is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never leaves it.
• We set no tracking or advertising cookies.

YouTube videos

Our videos are embedded with YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In this mode YouTube does not store cookies when a page loads — cookies and playback data may be set by Google only when you press play. Playback is then subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

If you prefer, choose "Essential only" in Cookie settings — videos will then open directly on youtube.com in a new tab instead of playing inside this site.

Fonts & assets

All fonts and design assets are hosted on our own server. Nothing is loaded from third-party font or script CDNs. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's image servers as part of showing our channel content.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (in practice: your contact-form messages). Simply write to us via the contact form and we will take care of it.

Changes

If we ever change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date above.
